Who is the consumer and how do we get our message to them?
What is it about our message that will compel them to buy and use it.
What is the highest cost/benefit ratio consumers will pay for it?
Can we reach our profit goals and sell it for that amount?
Of course there are sub-points to each question and answer .. but you get the idea.
